Who We Are
Jarrett & Val are a married team of Realtors in the Elizabethtown & Bowling Green KY areas. Jarrett has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2003. He has grown & operated a thriving appraisal business and activated his license as a Real Estate Agent in 2016 to aid in his knowledgeable experience in the field.
His wife, Val, teamed up alongside him in January 2018 as a Licensed Realtor to bring you a dynamic duo in the world of home selling and buying.
Jarrett’s expertise as an Appraiser positions him to provide services that are unparalleled in determining value as he has an understanding of multiple facets in the field. Val has previously been an assistant to Jarrett, but also was a homemaker for 15 years. She is especially gifted in having an eye for home staging and organizational function of home layouts for any type of family dynamic.
Both have experience working with relocators & military relocators from all over the country. Both have continued to grow & advance their unique strengths in having excellent communication, and deep care & concern for helping others with their largest asset and investment…their home.
Jarrett was born and raised here in north central Kentucky, while Val is originally from Ohio. They’ve been married since 2001, & have 5 children.
Together, the Hardesty Team strives to meet and exceed the needs of home buyers and sellers across the area.

He enjoys working with relocators & sharing his love for Kentucky (the State, not the team), camping with his family, fishing trout, & believe it or not, snowmobiling!
Valerie Hardesty
After raising kids at home for 16 yrs, Val obtained her real estate license in 2018. She’s passionate about being service driven over sales & stats, loves working with military & relocators from all over the country, & values honesty, faith, & family. The dynamic of the home plays a huge role in the overall quality of life, & Val sees the importance of her role in helping her clients achieve a positive & fulfilling transitional experience for that reason.
She enjoys traveling to new places & loves local restaurants & food trucks!
